Hi There Everyone!
I have a close friend of mine who is in Chiropractic business, has been in it for many years. Recently he began incorporating certain factions of hypnosis in his work and getting some incredible results with both Elman and rapid inductions in his office. The purpose is to get the subjects relaxed quickly to be able to better work with his patients. With a general examination, he is able to discover where the patient is at physically and then drop that patient into a state of relaxation within seconds and is finding a 75-80% improvement in tension as well as flexibility.
Now, does anyone else know of other chiropractors out there doing anything like this?
Also, I have been hearing that Jeff Stephens claims to be highly successful at doing change work like "Weight Reduction" with just a 15 minute session which includes his induction. How is this possible? Does anyone else think this can be accomplished?

Your Thoughts Would Be Appreciated.

Rich,
The best way to find out what Jeff Stephens is doing is to ask him I guess. As you know, a good induction takes less than a minute. I don't doubt something like this can be accomplished if the root causes are addressed and corrected.

John
I have a few chiro's here wanting to learn Hypnosis for personal and business matter...Ask him what inductions he uses and it can be done depending on the amount of weight they want to lose...smaller weight portions are easier then of course larger goals... I agree with John about the cause being corrected...

Why don't you offer to do some hours with his patients and helping him out ...that can bring you new clientele....

Hi there Rich
Jeff is a good friend of mine, i have had the pleasure of being hypnotized by him myself and i can assure you that it does work, brilliantly.
I sent some material to your chiropractor friend, i do hope he received it, i also worked with another through my advanced training course, who i believe plans to integrate hypnosis into his work also, largely with a more conversational /waking approach.
If you like i'll drop him an email and suggest he get in touch.

Now, onto Jeff, as i say it works, not just for weight loss but for smoking cessation and well basically whatever else he happens to be dealing with.

He uses primarily direct hypnosis, but there is a lot of cleverness in the way he structures his suggestions.
I think what Jeff would tell you is that it's all about hypnotic intent, and confidence. He's very active at the keystothemind group, so hopefully will be able to help you out there, i also interviewed him for my blog, as did Igor Ledochowski for his private hypnosis club. he's away at the moment working with a high profile fighter, i think he's called Randy Korture or something, so probably won't be able to get back to you for a few days.

I hope this was hopeful.

Nathan
Hypnosis, has always blended well with physical therapies, like massage, physiotherapy, chiropracit etc.

I am surprised more people do not do it as a matter of course.

Love and hugs,

Hi Fable,

I believe that best "therapists" are knowingly or unknowingly blending positive intentions with seeding beliefs and expectations that promote feeling better and thus healing faster and more effectively...

Hi Rich,

I have helped clients and students over -come serious, long term pain and panic issues in less than 5 minutes-- with long term results--

Warmest regards,
Michael E
I've been to Jeff's live training and also have his entire video workshop.

He uses a specific ten step protocol in a specific order. It includes an act of compliance, eye engagement, a slow deep breath, the induction, rapid, simple deepeners...

In fact, here's a link to a free ten part video series that outlines Jeff's entire process:

Hope this helps!

Best,

It might be fair to mention that you're his marketing guy...

I thank all of you for your comments....I have now received Jeff's videos and I now see what he is doing and will give the technique a try and will let you know my success rate.

Thanks to all!

Rich

I started out with hypnosis as a Massage Therapist that had helped my clients wanting more relaxation and for them to be able to do other things such as stop smoking and weight loss...pain relief etc...

So hypnosis can be combined if you know what your doing and just improve your practice because your offering more to your patients.
