PMR and a Puffy Cloud deepener. Simple and effective...
Thoughts on using EKG ????
I read about it in Geoff's book and was curious.
magnetic hands with decending numbers seems to work well.
or just instant inductions.

depends of the types of volunteers, or what type of gig it is i guess.
Hi Kenda-

For years, I have use a 5 -6 minute PR induction. Now this varies. I do go much faster in certain situations such as a high school or college show or an audience that has seen me before. Sometimes, I can just about come out & say "Take a deep breath, close your eyelids & SLEEP"!

I hope this helps,

Tommy Vee
thank you appreciate the feedback
thank you for the input.
Kenda,

I highly recommend the EKG induction. Knocks 'em down every time!

Can you tell me more about it Matt.
Hi Matt,

What is EKG induction or PR or RMR?
and how eac are used?

Thanks Doreen
EKG is Geoff Ronnings model, its in his book (which you can get from me, him or amazon) and it is great also. People who use it love it. I think in many cases in boils down to personal preference. I just release a DVD that has my pre-talk and induction, and I also use some of Cerbones methods on stage, and like Tommy said, depending on the audience, just tell them to sleep and your done...
I haven't done stage work yet, but just after I read about Alex Duvall's DBB induction in his book, I took it to the street with great success. It was fast and took about 90% of my volunteers into somnambulism.
