I haven't done stage work yet, but just after I read about Alex Duvall's DBB induction in his book, I took it to the street with great success. It was fast and took about 90% of my volunteers into somnambulism.
The EKG is basically a modified Elman induction with some amazing built in tests. Geoff Ronning has customized this induction for the stage beautifully. It comes from many-many years of experience in stage work. It's designed to be "entertaining" which is what makes it a great stage induction - very interesting for the audience to watch. It's also not a long drawn out induction (about 4min) but is easily modified if your participants need some extra attention. It's flexibility is another reason so many people love it.
The EKG is an induction that Geoff Ronning put together for stage hypnotists. It should really be EEKG. It's an acronym for Elman - Erickson - Kein- Geoff.

PR is a standard progressive relaxation induction.

and I assume you meant PMR not RMR? PMR is similar to PR - It's Progressive Muscle Relaxation. This is where you would have your subject slowly relax every area of their body. Starting with the head and working your way down or vice-versa.
I've seen Alexander's DBB induction many times. It's amazing to watch and gets people into trance very quickly!
Alex,

I've seen some of the incredibly tough situations that you have had to perform in. Most stage guys wouldn't touch those shows with a 100 foot hypno-pole! LOL You have pulled great shows out of horrible conditions!

Alex,

Yeah, I agree. I have fortunately/unfortunately been in some of those situations and it does put some hair on your chest!
I've seen some of your shows where I am cringing at first at the situation and you are cool as can be. I've seen you make great shows out of nothing. I even have a DVD of a show you did with 1 volunteer! Great stuff!
