Shoes pain my wallet. LOL. I'm almost as bad as Carrie.

This is an interesting topic :) Okay I admit I love shoes but I hate to buy them. For example, I tend to keep a pair of gym shoes until they are so worn out and full of wholes I have no choice but to buy a new pair.

Of course shoes can represent magic. Look at the shoes in Wizzard of Oz...those famous little red, glittering, wonderful shoes. They brought Dorthy Home.

Shoes on a woman. I love seeing a woman in a pair of sexy heels or even better some black boots. Some guys are different but for me..that's always an eye catcher.

Okay, there is my two cents for shoes!

I love it .... thats my point.. just one word and we all have our cravings... tossed at us. I don't know how many pairs I own .... not going to count them either.

Great Frank! Actually I wore a pair of thigh high boots to a Suns game this past season... early in the season... so it had nothing to do with their games... laffs so hard.. but seriously.. you would be surprised or maybe not how many times the shoes.... or boots if I may ... catches the eye first .. especially for me.. I find I look at a woman's shoes ... to see what she is wearing.... and Yes .. I always wanted a a pair of Dorothy's slippers .. Magical...

Now that Sheila is a thought.... Yes have them made to order.... I know the feeling you have .. since I have a wide foot... and it seriously depends on the shoe .. what * size * I buy ... and how the shoe is made... sheeeeesh .. sometimes a royal pain...but Ohhhhh when I find that right pair .. I'm in heaven!

Shoes for me represent many things... attraction, sexuality, famine's, passion...
I love sexy high heal shoes, not crazy about the latest styles that look fat and ugly, I like it when it is slim and thin... love all woman shoes and all different colors, as long as it comes in a sexy style and matches something I where.

But I learn that when you see shoes hanging from a power line, in a lot of time it is gang territory being marked.

I love buying shoes but don't have 100's of them, I usually have enough that last for few years, then I buy new set, unless I see a pair of shoes that talks to me and beg me to take it home with me.

Smiles Doreen, I also love heels also... and am more inclined to the thin healed ones also.I try my best to avoid the shoe department so that they don't beg me to take them home....

That Conrad, is why I found this an intersting subject. People do notice and size up others by many different things.. Shoes is one.

I find that in my practice shoes and feet represent understanding. For example I had a student who was experiencing performance problems. After some past life exploration and a relationship mending he kept seeing a pair of shoes. I simply said "meaning..." . He said "I understand I understand"

I love shoes.....thats it in a nutshell. Like you I like the whimsical too .. I recently bought to pair of plaid ones.. one in shades of blue the other in shades of pink... and one pair has an open toe with a bow.. and the other has a long cloth tie around your ankle..
Can't help it .. SHOES!

I called a psychic once and she said "I see SHOES". Of course I about died.... I live in shoe hell. We have a very large family of 7, with 5 of us being women, all in generally the same size with in a size both ways. We all have different shaped feet, so we all have different shoes. All of us seem to grab another's pair, for what ever we may need for the day or night, but it's always chaotic.

While I do not have a shoe fetish, I still love shoes, but I cannot find any that fit me right. So most of my shoes, basically mean pain. I have a very high arch, yet very short foot. I would wear a size 6, but due to the arch I have to buy a 6 -1/2. Which normally do fine, unless made for the narrow foot. I also love heels and some of my favorites are flip flops with heals. (cannot say thong anymore).

I cannot locate a pair of shoes that I can wear for extended amount of time, with out blisters. Not even tennis shoes. I end up being barefoot the majority of the time. I have had to swop shoes with one of my kids, in the middle of a grocery store, due to not being able to take the pain, at which didn't happen, until I walked in them for longer than a short distance.

So, SHOES.... love em, hate em. Need to find some that actually work and look good. The hundreds of pairs at home, haven't done the job yet. YIKES!
