Looking for an office?
Hello All! I have a great deal for the right person! How would you like to operate out of LA Hypnosis Center? I am leaving town and looking to rent out my office. Its fully furnished w/ Lobby and 2 offices. 1 office is where I see my clients. The other just has a large vendor table inside that is used for food/refreshments for group sessions. You will be able to note that your offices are located at LA Hypnosis Center. Your photo and short bio can be added to our website. Also, any messages you get through our toll free number will be forwarded to you via email.
As I said, this is a great deal for the right person. All this for $600 a month. All I ask is that you do not make changes to the office and make it available to me 2 weekends out of the month...

I am not sure where is Gardena, But I will talk to my partner...
My question is, how big is your waiting roon and can we use it for our training clases?
we have small and large training groups.
We teach Life coaching, developing psychic abilities and other groups for psychology and hypnosis.

Thanks for your reply. The space is a total of almost 600 sf. The waiting area is about 1/2 (maybe). I have used it for a couple small group sessions (6-10 attendees). Anymore than that, may be a little uncomfortable. Gardena is... southbay... the cross streets are VanNess and Rosecrans. It is close to the 105/crenshaw.
