Hello wonderful community,
I have been reading a bit about EMDR and was wondering if anyone is a practitioner of this modality as well as a hypnotherapist. It seems as though elements of NLP, guided imagery, and hypnosis comprise this technique but my knowledge of it is very limited. If anyone can further demystify this modality by sharing their experience I would be most grateful!
Be Well,
Laura

EMDR is a rapid eye movement desenitisation used by psychs - only they are usually rained in it. When I taught EFT to some psychs as an offshoot to the NLP certification one evening - he loved it! Because the 9 Gamut procedure was similar to to EMDR and seemed totally feasible - and when he used it was more effective tied with EFT.

BTW - EFT is now his therapy of choice .... and he went on to do hypnotherapy training with me.
see more on www.emofree.com OR contact me on comar@eim.ae and I can send you more info on EFT
