PayPal revisited
There was a discussion about PayPal awhile back, but I cannot find it now. (Scott, Can you make a way to search the whole SITE, rather than just Discussions?)
I wanted to share something PayPal is offering now for Online Merchants. It's called, appropriately enough, the Online Merchant Network. I don't think you need to be a member of PayPal to make use of this site. There is a section on Resources. There are Forums. There's a section on the front page of the site called "Jump Start Your Business". So far, I've found it very useful and informative.

So far as I can tell, yes. I didn't see anything when registering that said you ~needed~ to have a PayPal account.

Check the very top right hand corner of the site, above the Logo/ Banner, in the blue bar. That search feature looks at the entire site, not any one section.
One thing that makes it easier to search and find things is if the poster adds "Tags" to the post. Often times people aren't adding tags, which makes things harder to find but still possible.
