the Free Hypnosis Social Network
So, in my musing as I am driving around my state doing shows of one kind or another.. I had a few thoughts that I think may spark some conversation.
Do we live in a Universe of Abundance? Or do we live in a Universe of Lack? Is there plenty to go around, or do we all need to fight and scrap to get the pieces of life that we want?
I know in MY personal experience, the universe is Abundant. I create... I share.. I am rewarded. And I KNOW a lot of other hypnotists here on hypnothoughts have similar ideas and beliefs about Life, the universe and everything. I see it, I believe it.. I live it every day.
And yet as I look at the news... and all of the occupy protests... I can't help but get the feeling that those protesters are all operating out of a feeling that the universe is lacking. That because SOMEONE has something, THEY are lacking it... and it is out of their reach because someone ELSE has grabbed it first. The RICH are too rich because they have greedily stolen from the rest of us. And while I will admit that there are a certain number of people like Madoff who actually DID steal money, there are a huge portion of "Rich" folks that simply earned it by Creating.. Sharing and being Rewarded.
The need for change aside here... no politics.. no name calling.. I see a HUGE opportunity for hypnotists as a community to work with others to change an attitude of LACKING into an attitude of ABUNDANCE. So how about some ideas..... What are some of the things we can do to help change the course of the human experience?
