One of the simplest techniques I learned while attending David Grove's seminar in 2006 was And What's There Now?...

This technique is useful for symptoms localized by a client inside or on their body. Something like this ...

Discussion with client about symptom...
And what's there now? (6 times)
And what do you know about that now?
And how does that compare to before?

Wait for a response to time the next question. Using the client's non-verbal responses can lead to trance deepening.

Sometimes I'll do something like this progression here to give the client even more latitude to respond.

And what's there now?... And what's there now?... And there now?... And now?... and now?... and?...

So have fun and give it a whirl.

It's like what what Goro Hasegawa said about his new game Othello, a simplified version of GO: "A Minute to Learn...A Lifetime to Master."

Please share your experiences.
