Anyone make their own paraliminal audios with panning from left to right?

Almost every single recording I make has two voices and the paraliminal element to it. The following instructions are pretty general for most software options. I use 3 different programs, so I don't know off the top of my head if this is cool edit pro (which has a built in brain wave synchronization feature- very nice) or audacity. Once you get the hang of it it's actually a very quick thing.

Here ya go:

Right click the sound file (which needs to be stereo, of course), select the "create envelope" tab, then choose "pan"

from there you will have a new "line" on your sound file. you put little points on that and move the line up and down along your sound file, up being left and down being right.

put on some headphones and play around with it.

Devin a few months ago I created a group called "dual inductions" as a way for people to discuss paraliminals aka dual inductions. If you search for dual inductions in the group search function you'll find it.
