Anyone make their own paraliminal audios with panning from left to right?

I love paraliminal audios and have experienced some nice benefits from them however I would like to make my own by using audacity with a panning feature.  I have searched for add on features for panning for audacity and the instructions required a martian doctor to figure out.

anyone have any suggestions for making your own paraliminal audios?

Almost every single recording I make has two voices and the paraliminal element to it. The following instructions are pretty general for most software options. I use 3 different programs, so I don't know off the top of my head if this is cool edit pro (which has a built in brain wave synchronization feature- very nice) or audacity. Once you get the hang of it it's actually a very quick thing.

Here ya go:

Right click the sound file (which needs to be stereo, of course), select the "create envelope" tab, then choose "pan"

from there you will have a new "line" on your sound file. you put little points on that and move the line up and down along your sound file, up being left and down being right.

put on some headphones and play around with it.

Hope that works out for you,
Scott

Devin a few months ago I created a group called "dual inductions" as a way for people to discuss paraliminals aka dual inductions. If you search for dual inductions in the group search function you'll find it.

The best recording program I ever found is the only one I use. SHARM made just for hypnosis recording . You can do just about anything with one voice two voiced left and right ear sounds.  I wanted to share something with all of you if you don't mind... I sent this out to some others in hypnosis field but wanted to send it to you with the discound code coupon . I wanted to get the word out about a GREAT recording program to make hypnosis recordings or office music. It’s called SHARM. Here is the site to learn more about it http://www.thesharm.com/ (If you haven’t heard about it yet it’s because they do very little advertising.) This program is made for hypnotherapist to make recordings and IS EASY TO USE! It has ambient music, Nature sounds. Record live sessions with your clients, enhanced with music in the background and it is ALL royalty-free music. I am helping them get the word out and in return I can get you a coupon code for you to buy it at 35% off! Look it over and if you want to buy it here is the simple coupon code to to get 35% off REFTD3515 Thanks, Tony
