Hi Antonio,

It sounds like you have done a good job of tracking down your "stuck" feeling on your own, but perhaps you need some outside help in getting past it. I know Michael Ellner has an affordable approach to getting "unstuck" (http://quantumfocusing.com/) that I have on my to-purchase list. I know there is a Skype group here wherein people work with each other, too.

Have you thought about getting that little Antonio out to play? Maybe he would like to move forward when it's presented as fun and not just work...Or perhaps he's been playing too hard and needs to take some things a bit more seriously? Only you know the right approach, trust your inner advisor.

You can't change the past, and if you're not moving forward with trying to understand the past in order to change the present, do something else. Perhaps start by informing your mind that this feeling of being stuck has outlived its usefulness, and if it would please look for a better way of dealing with things.

Antonio,

I'll second Kelly's suggestion to look into Quantum Focusing. I've looked at their materials and will start their program for getting unstuck tomorrow. It does not take much time daily. A daily practice appeals to me.

I also have Mark Cunningham's cd "First Trance....." I've been listening to it for 5 days now. It has some general growth images in it. Things have started to pop into my mind that are interesting.

In some things I'm stuck and in others free. When I come on to something bigish that I can't get at alone. I'm going to get some help with someone who does hypnotherapy.

I can help you with being "Unstuck"'and it is really easy, because it start with lesson one, Responsibility, So, start with accepting responsibility, instead of staying stuck and blaming your babysitters daughter being a sob - and beating you up at age five...

I mean blaming others is easy, and we all tend to do that, we blame everyone for almost everything, for our lack of income, bad relationships, being stuck, and etc... And it is easy to blame others, such as our family, parents, lovers, friends, children, neighbors, babysitters, the law, and even our pets..

@ASUCENA ENRIQUEZ I've been doing some research into EFT and am going to start very soon - downloading some free intro videos. I was thinking of doing some EFT/Tapping before my self hypnosis sessions, as it seems like it would make it more concrete.

@Conrad Well Conrad its seems that my unconscious was being a little mischievous bugger! I asked my mom when I was at that particular baby sitter and she told me I was like 2 years old. Back to the drawing board :D
