I have been using a neurotherapy (sound and light) machine for over 2 years with great success. My clients make changes more quickly and drop in to a deeper state of hypnosis. I use it personally as well and have reclaimed my brain function from about 20 years back. In addition, I am now a very sound sleeper after years of waking over every little sound. Even 30 years of practicing self hypnosis hadn't changed my sleep like this has.
All sound and light therapy devices are not created equal. this one was developed by Dr. Dennis Marikis, a licensed psychologist. You can read his research here: http://www.neuro-advantage.com/page/851224. It's been a very worthwhile investment.
Being a trance junky for 20 years, I have come across a host of tools over the years the best bit of Kit I have found is the Neuro programmer http://www.transparentcorp.com/products/np/ it has a host of set sessions, yet it gives you the means to create your own, via your pc/laptop. you can give it a free test run. Classic books on mind machines are Megabrain & Mega Brain Power: Transform Your Life With Mind Machines and Brain Nutrients by Michael Hutchison http://www.amazon.com/Michael-Hutchison/e/B001HD1V8E/ref=ntt_athr_d... the Neuro programmer has a number of licensing options that you might what to check out.
Hi Michael - take a look at the ChiQ and if you search at Hypnosis Health Info you will find a radio show with Dr. Rayma Ditson-Sommer and an article or two. Send her an email and she will respond.
