Hi all,
I have had many varied clients with many varied subjects to work through however claustrophobia has never visited my door ... until now. I am very interested in hearing of strategies and success plans that others have used.

Claustrophobia is just another fear. It had a cause, and now a related reaction. The normal fear interventions apply.

I agree with John
Just do your normal Phobia routine ...be it Regression or NLP ...it is just another of the many fears
I agree with John and Craig -

FYI-- Clients who would describe themselves as hyper-claustrophobics were able to take MRIs or ride small elevators within a session using Alan Barsky's and my "Magic Hammer"

I would set it up in my pre-talk and make it reasonable to believe that I could help them de-condition their fearful reactions by soothing that neurology with their positive feelings...

Have the client create a safe place to process out all of his fears, doubts and any thing and every thing disturbing about _fill in the blank(s) - Ask the client to feel these feelings for a moment for the purposes of healing into and make a fist. You know the drill

If you need a refresher visit:

Remember you empower every technique that you use - I offer you a recipe - You are a Master Chef...

Hi Brett,
Suggeating a cure for the problem only adresses the symptom. For each individual thereis a unique cause. Therefore unique cure.

Paul
Quick phobia cure and colasping anchors. Not only will that cause a netural feeling, but it can make it almost impossible to recreate the phobia with the original phobia pattern colapsed, because the new feeling it my more desireable. Unless put into a very high state of stress and then it could be possible for a variation of it to be recreated.
Well the symptom is the problem is it not ?

Hey thanks everyone for the suggestions. Of course .... fears and phobias ... collapsing anchors. Should be OK.

cheers ... Brett
