From my perspective hypnosis over the phone does not exist. What you are describing is relaxo-therapy. This is not hypnosis.

If you hypnotize a person (in person), and test them to make sure they are in hypnosis, then give the Sc a suggestion for reinduction, you could use this over the phone as a means of taking the client into hypnosis. Buy why do it? I don't want a hypnotized client out of my sight for even a minute.

Regarding the original topic: James, if you have a registered business in another State, that had the calls routed to you from that state's cell number, you would have a legal argument. If your business is only registered in Colorado, then you are most likely bound by Colorado state law. Consult with legal advisors from whatever state you chose to do business in.
