i have made up a progressive induction that completely mentally and physically relaxes people. it can be used as a very great deepener or pretty good for putting people under. first you want to use the mental relaxation party of this. start out by saying: completely relax. now i want you to visualize a clock swinging back and forth left to right in front of you. now every time you see this clock pass your face you will get more and more mentally relaxed. now i just want you to let the mental relaxtion set in. you are so mentally relaxed that the only thing you can hear let alone focus on is my voice. in fact the sound of my voice makes you more and more mentally relaxed as well. now for the physical relaxation: i want you to picture yourself standing on the beach. you can feel and sand beaneth your feet. you can feel the salt water splashing on your face from the tide. you can smell the salt water. optional(this is how real this is to you) now anytime you use any of your senses to see, feel, smell, or hear to tide a wave of physical relaxtion goes through out your entire body. now the clock is starting to swing faster and faster which makes you more and more mentally relaxed and deeper into hypnosis. the tide is getting stronger and stronger you can feel the tide touching your feet now. this also makes you more and more physically relaxed. now throughout the induction make sure to tell the subject that the tide and clock will stay with them throughout the entire time, and after that you can do anything you want.

For a number of reasons, I don't believe this.

I suspect Jake that as you joined the site an hour ago, to comment on this thread, that you have not really had time to try this on your 'friend' . That, combined with some of the information on your profile page, and your typing / language style, all combine to tell me, you are indeed the same person who posted the induction in the first place, commenting on your own post.

Of course I could be completely wrong.

I think you are right Fable, the kid didn't mask it very well LOL.

Hi jacob,

Im glad you are venturing into writing your own inductions and material.

Keep in mind that no script will work on everyone, and you will need to develop flexibility

Go for it
Awesome job jacob, he's used this one on me before and it works great and no that comment from jake is not the same person
Hello,
Here is one you might like a for a change. It is way simpler, and is also good for those subjects who have difficulty visualizing. There is even a link to part 2 of it that explains how it works.

This one is on my top ten list. I hope it is posted on the "Script Bank" group discussion.

Jacob I would also invite you to post your induction on the "Script Bank" Group.
