Hello Gus,
I may be totally wrong, but I suspect the problem is not about what your client weighs. Could it be that she has just chosen this issue upon which to focus her frustration and disappointments? Who or what made her believe that she can't be happy until she weighs X pounds? Some Parts work may help you discover why her bodyweight is influencing her mood so strongly.
The best thing you can do is let her experience a sense of peace and joy now. Whether that involves some emotional detox or regressing to a happier time or progressing to a place where she is content, that's up to the two of you. You can inspire her to practice daily self-hypnosis for relaxation by explaining the role stress play on hormones that make us gain or retain weight.
All of that being said, I also know that some people suffer and struggle greatly to release smaller amounts of weight, just the same as someone needing to lose 100 lbs or more! Our perception is our reality.
If she needs nutritional information, perhaps she has starved herself into misery. Explain to her how her body uses homeostasis to survive and let her give herself permission to eat healthy foods. You can also use some imagery to boost her metabolism (I like using a swing, letting the subconscious make the swing go higher and higher, to just the correct and safe level to allow her to lose the unwanted weight...)
Best wishes,
Kelley
I agree with Kelley, the problem is not the weight, but her perception of it. I would also recommend doing parts therapy to find out what is going on.

Thank you Kelley...very interesting. What do you mean by the swing...how does it work?

Part of the patter I use with clients is that they have an Inner Healer that knows and controls everything about them. After deepening their trance state, I guide them to a swing of their preference and have them begin swinging, nice and slow. They enjoy the sensation, rocking back with the inhale and forward with the exhale. It's hypnotic in itself, don't you think?
After swinging there for a while, I suggest that their subconscious gradually increases the height of the swinging and as it does, adjusts the client's metabolism...to just the right, safe level for them to release the excess weight. The metabolism will adjust as the swinging rate adjusts...just to the perfect level...to release the weight and also to maintain that desired weight...remembering that the subconscious mind knows just the right level, just as it knows everything else about the client's body and functions...there, doesn't that feel nice, knowing that the metabolism has been adjusted to just the perfect level?....
