Wait a second. Hold on! There's some serious training going on there. It needs to be absorbed in the appropriate frame of mind. Therefore, my advice is:
1. Try not to smile and enjoy the new insights you're learning.
2. Really attempt to maintain a professional demeanor at all times, so that you don't accidentally develop any rapport building skills or self-confidence.
3. Endeavor not to form professional relationships with similarly minded people from across the country also interested in helping people be their very best.
4. Whatever you do, don't apply any of the lessons learned to your own situation or gain any new perspectives about yourself.

HPTI update, it's lunch time here, last night before classes was fun getting to meet fellow classmates and this morning's lecture was everything and more, good stuff and good advice from you guys. I'm having a blast learning and having fun.
