Dick Sutphen is a highly ethical individual. Our styles are about as different as night and day- but that's another story. His ethics and integrity are extremely high. Call this number direct 818-706-0963 and explain the situation. I feel confident he- or his wife- will take care of it immediately.

I see that you live in Mexico City-- International mail can be tricky sometimes. Like I said, I'm confident he will remedy the situation asap.

Im sure like you say its all a mistake or comedy of errors. I have left a message at the number you gave me, Im sure they will respond immediately.

I constantly buy material from the US to be shipped to Mexico and yes, it might take a little longer but I have always received it properly. In this case, my frustration is that I have written to the same place that took my order inquiring about the product and received no answer for two months. 

A month ago I asked here if anybody knew how to get ahold of Dick and it was suggested y look for him on Face Book, I did invite him as a friend and left a message but...no answer.

I have absolutely not questioned Dicks ethics, I just want to hear from them...thats all.

Be sure to explain the fact that you have written to the same email account with no response. Technology can be a real pain sometimes and I'm sure I'd appreciate a customer telling me about it so that I could get it fixed asap.
