Doctor's in Haiti are using only Motrin to do amputations.
From CNN: "More than a week after the catastrophic quake, doctors in Haiti are still woefully short of medical supplies. One makeshift hospital's operating room has no electricity, so doctors cannot administer anesthesia. "
If anyone has some free time maybe they should head down to Haiti and show the world how powerful hypnosis is.

Jack, this isn't without precedent. During the Second World War army dentists used hypnosis for pain relief when chemical anesthetics were in short supply.
