Eczema referal for a practitioner in the San Bernadino area...

Hey Gang,

I've got a referral for a highly skilled practitioner in the San Bernadino area.

Read below and if you have worked with eczema and or psoriasis previously- with a high success rate- then drop me a message along with your website address if you'd like to be considered as a referral source for this client- and future clients that inquire about practitioners in your area.
 
"Kevin- This is in reference to the telephone conversation you had with my wife, (name removed) concerning hypnosis as a possible cure of “purigo nodularis”, a form of eczema.  My name is (name removed) and I have suffered from this ailment for a number of years and have gone through a number of physicians and various medications but the result has been the same- no reduction or lessening of itching.  A friend of ours mentioned that hypnotherapy may be the answer. Therefore we are looking for someone in our area that would be able to help me with this problem.

I will appreciate your recommendation for a practitioner in our area of San Bernardino. A few miles from our city would also be fine.

Also I would like to receive a sample of the letter you mentioned that I should get from my physician.
