Hi Wayne,

I helped a client who had a tic near one of her eyes. It became very active whenever she was stressed, which was often. She was a rather anxious person who smoked and drank too much beer. Her doctor recommended Botox, to which she had an allergic reaction.

It turned out this client was highly sensitive to not only tangible triggers, like medications and chemicals, but also to her own emotions. I taught her how to access and use her Control Room. First we activated her tic and let it race for a bit, then slowly turned it down and then completely off. She agreed that she no longer needed the tic to remind her that life was stressful. The tic never returned.

As to the smoking and drinking...well, that continued as she wasn't ready to give up on those helpful behaviors.

Best wishes,

Kelley
