Permalink Reply by Melanie Parker on February 17, 2010 at 9:58am Look up nested loop pattern or something of that sort. I don't think regression is usualy ever the problem, because we are trying to fix now not the past, but change history is useful is situations where the past and thinking about it causes unwanted feeling, but other than that it's almost usless to do regression as far as I can tell atleast. There are methods to doing that and that do work, but also it takes more work that way than the latter. The best way to plant suggestions is through stories, because it is really hard to reject suggestions. Then follow up by compounding the sugestions using metaphors and direct sugesstion in between. I have found that when used in that fashion it works even in light trances.
