Interesting, it is Tuesday, I have referred 3 clients to other hypnotists, 1 to an MD and 1 to a massage therapist already this week.  My phone is ringing off the hook.  Anyone else find that the more they give away the more they are blessed?

You are evidently doing something right!  Good for you!

Yes!  Especially when we give without expectation of receiving...AND when we give not only in times of abundance but when we might otherwise have the urge to be parsimonious.

I so agree about giving without expectations.  All of the above mentioned referrals were about what was best for the client. To jealously guard my client base is counterproductive and way too much energy for me.

thanks.  I try to learn from each day, what did I do right and how can I replicate it?  What did I do that is asking me to change things up a bit?

I work hand in hand with a Therapist and also a Neurofeedback Doctor.   We all help the client but giving them the best person to help them and it in turn helps us.   Isn't what this is all about.  Helping the clients.

It's so inspiring to hear about busy hypnotherapists!  Couldn't agree more about referrals.  It's so important to have a good referral network and to keep up with what they're doing.  Do you ever get together with complementary professionals, just because?

Sounds like you're doing well.  If you want to know about some great ways to get referrals, I've found these guys to be pretty helpful.  I have no affiliation with them other than taking some of their courses and getting good results.

Every chance I get!  I work alone and I am by nature a social creature, so I love meeting with others in the healing arts.

It's so nice to see many living the new paradeigm, “paying it forward”. Glad it is moving your practice in a very positive direction. I also have learned over the years you do these things with no expectations and it truly does come back but I have found it comes back not necessarily in the area that I “contribute” to but in other parts of my life where there is a need. It is interesting how this works. Lately I have had many synchronicities happen and I just think back and wonder what it was that attracted this to my life now. Then I realize it doesn't really matter.. I just have to keep on doing what I do and it just works.

Exciting times we are living in. I have always said hypnosis is one of the doorways to the soul, both ours and the people we touch.

Thanks for sharing Debbie.

When you love what you do, and do it because it benefits others, you are bound to be blessed and destined for success.  The universe is smiling @u :-)I

"Exciting times we are living in."
