First Day on my own.
This is the first day of my new life. Have two clients for interviews and I'm excited and a wee bit nervous.

How long does it usually take to see results with people?

A big well done on the first day! I find when I see clients for therapy/change work I can get big shifts and positive outcomes in the first session If thats my aim anyhow,you always know when you challenge it at the end of the session and ask them 'whats different NOW'!! Its the look you get of amazement

Results are expected after every session. The magnitude of change is dependent upon the operator's talents, the recipient's abilities, the topic, the duration of the session and so forth. Key is establishing "incremental" or better improvements with each session that are measurable and verifiable such that the client finds value in coming back until the presenting issue is resolved.
