the Free Hypnosis Social Network
I would to like to begin to conduct some studies in our geographical area that would benefit law enforcement, emergency medical services, and firefighters. Does anyone work with these types individuals? If so, what techniques do you find helpful? Which techniques do you avoid? I’m hoping to develop a way to increase peak performance and decision making in stress situations, while decreasing the mental aftermath. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

If you email me directly, I'm happy to share information and some resources in this area. Walter Garland (a former volunteer fireman and EMT) and I are conducting 2 hr workshops for fire departments here in our region.Group trainings are a great way to reach EMS workers.
Some of the approaches involve addressing teaching first responders how to anchor and access "calm and effective" zones for attending to victims, how to use the right verbal and body language to help people and de-stressing and discharging negative emotions after calls.
Regards, Kelley
