Hi James,

I admit I had to Google verrucas to learn that they are a form of warts, like a plantar. They are caused by human papilloma virus (HPV) of which there are many strains.

I used my own Herpes suppression/healing protocol with a client of mine in making a plantar wart painlessly disappear within about 3 weeks. It contains the following:

1. Instruction on stress relief/relaxation technique

2. Emotional release (imagery with a fall tree dropping negative feelings like old leaves, or an unburdening trip to the attic chest, etc.) Be sure to anchor feelings of success and self-efficacy.

3. Imagery about the immune system rallying and sending "fighter" cells to surround the virus cells and implode them, and letting the circulatory system wash the waste out.

4. Mentally depriving the affliction of oxygen supply

Additionally, for the HPV:

5. Applying a layer of Vick's Vapor Rub (do not apply to open cuts or sores) every night. (This also limits oxygen to the wart, destroys fungus and bacteria, softens the feet and has a soothing effect overall.)

Verrucas are contagious and your client should cover up the site when in public places. Duct tape has been recommended, which will also starve the warts of air, but may be uncomfortable when removed!

Have fun; this is a condition that will show immediate results from your work...be sure to document results!
