Free Video Conference Update

Quick and Important Corrections:

1. The online video conference with Scott will be at 5pm time in London, England. The other local times we listed were correct, but we failed to add correctly and accidentally put 4pm in a message that went out. (that's 9am west coast, noon east coast for those of us in the USA)

2. If you received a "garbled" confirmation email- you are still confirmed. That error had to do with our html based email not playing well with your inbox's security settings and has nothing to do with your ability to attend and enjoy the class this weekend.

3. Due to delays in getting the message out to everyone at the same time, we have increased the max number of people we are allowing to attend this class this weekend for free. read below for the complete information.

Here is the reason for the added space and the modifications we are making:

We are in the middle of switching our mass-email service and didn't have all the names in the database when we announced the event. While I didn't think that would be an issue, it quickly became apparent that I was wrong.

When I decided I would do a free two hour class on practice building I anticipated our numbers would be about the same as a teleconference. I guessed we would have somewhere around 50 people sign up, which I thought would be fun. Before we even got the message out to half the people on the list, more than 50 had registered. Today, one week before the video conference, we have almost 300 people registered to attend. We don't think it's fair that people who signed up as fast as they could would be turned away for something that is ultimately our fault.

This is a real good news/bad news situation for me because I’m flattered by the response, but it means I’m compelled to pay for more bandwidth to allow more people to attend for free. Someone recommended I charge everyone after the first 50 registrations if they want to attend, but I don’t want to do that. I still want to give this information away to the people who want to learn how to
have a successful practice.

The real irony is the only reason I can afford to spend this money is because I practice what I preach. I make a great living seeing clients and sincerely think many more of you can too.

So here is what is going to happen:

Melissa Roth and I have just agreed to invest $800 from the HypnoSummit account into this endeavor to get us up to 350 potential attendees. We are capping it at that number for sure. We have also decided that the class will be open to the FIRST 350 people to SHOW UP on Saturday. We know some people will register and not attend, and we don’t want to limit other people who wanted to learn because someone else signed up first and then no-showed. So at this point it is a first come, first serve basis on Saturday.

I’m encouraged to see so many people sign up so quickly for something we have done so little to promote. This tells me you guys really are interested in building a successful private practice for yourself. I’m looking forward to showing you guys what I’ve learned the hard way and a handful of tricks and perspectives that I have found really make a difference. These aren’t get rich
schemes or marketing gimmicks, it’s all about practice building for longevity.

What I’m looking forward to the most is answering your questions. Please bring questions about any topic you want to discuss and I will do my absolute best to get to as many as possible in the time allowed.

I am not going to make a habit of extending class sizes beyond what is announced. Just want to make it clear that this is a one time thing so people don't get the wrong idea about future events.

Help! What do we do to get on this - I am registered but did not receive info as to where to either log on or call in or whatever. I am so looking forward to this tomorrow - please let me know how I get into this. I tried to re-register but it won't take my info a second time. I am so not a techno person - yes, it is a belief that is making my life miserable. Help me, please. Thank you.

No, that was only advice for presenters (which you were when I gave you that advice).

To the best of my knowledge you can have any or all of those programs open while attending the HypnoSummit Class.
