Permalink Reply by Beryl Comar on November 14, 2011 at 3:39am In my experience it takes more than one session:
1. pre talk and test for hypnosis levels, told to keep a food diary, not smoke before surgery and go over the prep in their mind
2. the "surgery date"
3. follow up and suggestions for exercising
4. Another follow up
PS I am seeing clients quietly - I don't want the Min of Health getting over-zealous here!

For my part I find the process to be very effective. I am a big fan of using it when I have a client who decides to go down that route.
I'm available for any questions via PM.
