Got CEUs??? Time to request them....
Now that the Summit is over and we all are finally able to breathe again, the second part of this great event has landed in my lap. We promised that we would provide certificates for Continuing Education Units for those of you who request it. This will be done over email.
Here is what I need from you if you would like credit for attending:
Send an email to: hypnosummit@gmail.com RE: CEU’s
Include:
The exact name, with title if desired, just like you want to appear on the certificate.
Your email address and sign in ID used for the HypnoSummit.
Once I verify your attendance, I will personalize a certificate and send it to you. Please be patient, I will process them in the order I receive them.
(If you have already sent this information... expect to get something in your inbox by the end of this weekend. )
