I've done it from cold really easy.
And yes, it works a lot, but you cant guarantee it each and every time,
much like every other hypnosis induction technique.

If your new I suggest getting a video or instruction on how to do the technque. There are many ways to describe techniques and it's another to do it..get instructions and practice it till you feel comfortable with it.
