Haven't heard of it, but I suspect a lot has changed, especially in terms of marketing, since 1993.

Can;t imagine a 1993 book has much that is useful. My 2008 DVD on this subject is out of date already.... By books on building a coaching practice, and apply it all to hypnosis.

Hello there. You could try "Essentials of Private Practice" - Hunt (publ by Norton) and "From Scratch and on a Shoestring" - Leidecker (publ by Trafford).

I was going to recommend Katherine Zimmerman's Business Solutions book but I see she already did.  It's practical and it works.  No fluff or filler.
