Hypnosis and sleep walking are actually connected. Hypnosis is a way of accessing the REM or rapid eye movement state when you are still awake. You are more suggestible during this REM state which is why hypnosis is used to cure all kinds of conditions.

Because sleep walking occurs in the REM state then suggestions given in controlled REM, otherwise known as 'hypnosis' can help the uncontrolled sleep walking REM state.

You'll find this session both relaxing and useful and should listen to it repeatedly for best results. So by doing a hypnosis session stopping sleep walking it will be effective for you.
Thanks Pattie... great info! Wendy aka hypnonurse
Hi! Wendy. You have changed your picture, it really looks good. I do talk in my sleep. less now than when I was younger and I believe with more difficulty around me. I was also a sleep walker. I still grind my teeth and wear a night guard that I need replacing frquently. I have always felt embarressed waking up talking in my sleep. I know that is silly but thats the way you feel. Good luck with your quest.
Your Hypno Sister,
Diane
