Hey Kelley,

I have manifested my office, and it's not the one in the picture, but I love it.

It's much smaller, but I have a waiting room, and a great large window.

Now I need to decide when is a good day to have my "Office Warming", and what colors to chose for the walls. any ideas Kelley?

Way to go, Doreen!! I think anything that doesn't remind a client of a hospital or a funeral home is good. The warm browns and cool green tones that I chose for my office turned out great and has the effect of causing a shift when you leave the outside world and step into mine. If you have a friend with some color sense or extra money for a consultant (go Feng Shui!), I'd utilize them...it's SO worth it!

Tip: use two shades of the same color, with one wall being the darker and the remaining ones being the lighter. I used greens in my waiting room and my private office and browns in my larger, group meeting room. Make sure you consider your carpet color!

Think about the energy flow (your forte') and bring in elements to enhance healing and imagery. I used wood and plants and soft lighting and images of clouds.

awesome to hear you got your office....that's awesome.  I am in the process of the same thing myself.  The one I was looking at fell through, so now I'm in search again.  But Congrats again and I wish you lots of luck and success.  Hope 2012 is your best year yet.

Last night me and my friend went there with a champagne to celebrate... That is why you see the bottle there lol

OK, this is just the before, still need to decorate it, paint it, and make it look suitable for sessions as well as group sessions...  I am planing to focus on Weight Loss and all related to financial freedom .

Have contacted few decorators, and will decide when I am ready to see clients there, right now I am still working at Burbank and Northridge medical center.

And Karen, keep looking until it happens, and it will.

I'm with Kelley. Green is a very calming color and best of all, it's neutral. Everything looks good with a soft green. Congratulations Doreen!

Thank you all, Kelley, Katherine and Karen... Thank you so much... I am so busy and my head is spinning lol, and I agree with the green color :) and woods and I am definitely going to hire a Feng Shui person to come and see the place... It may take a while since I am busy with my other offices that I share with physicians and the spa, and I will still be there seeing their clients, but nothing is like having my own office... I can't wait to be situated when it's all ready :) and you all invited for the office warming :)

I will keep you posted, when is ready and inviting :) with the right furniture and colors, and the only thing I am not allowed to change is the waiting room, even though I will be the one who will be using it, there are two other business there that are barley in the office, one is there only late evenings, and she is a fashion designer for celebrities, and the other one is only using the address, barley ever there.
