Not sure if this is OK to ask but if you don’t ask you don’t get, and I’m at a loss and need some help.

I’m not very good at self hypnosis, I always find I get much better results when someone else does it and its someone else’s voice. I also feel I go deeper and it has a far more healing effect than when I do it myself.

Also I do not work with this type of pain as a practitioner so my knowledge and skill base is limited.

So I’m wondering if anyone out there would like to help me with some pain management? I picked up and injury (right knee) in 2003 from diving around to much on a hard desert floor. This was treated and improved.

My problem is that I’m a very keen runner and whenever I get back in to the swing of my running, my thoughts seem to be around this injury!!! I have done well this time and been running for quite some time pain free. It is however staring to creep back and rattle around my thoughts again.

I stretch regularly and also do circuit training and P90X I’m also a qualified fitness instructor, so I’m up to speed on how to remain injury free physically.

I have been checked out and it is not a medical condition.

A little sports enhancement would be an added bonus as I have two tough races next year.

If you have any advice or guidance I would be grateful, or if you can go a little further with help maybe you could...................?

So if you’re a pain expert, or a newbie that wants to practice your linguistical skills please let me know.  I’m happy and willing to be a test subject for experimental approaches or ideas and will happily write a glowing testimonial on completion and I’m happy to help or share my knowledge in my subject area in reciprocation for your help.

Tom

Nath, I've never seen you post something that didn't serve others in some way.

Happy to help. Give me a call. I always like to under promise, but I feel confident if you're injury was in 2003- you'll be feeling a lot better very quickly- 619-602-3633.
