Help Re-Build James Hazlerig's Office That Burned Down...

As you may have already heard- fellow hypnotherapist and long standing member of Hypnothoughts has lost his office do to the current fires in Texas.

Although he and his family are safely evacuated from the area- there is a possibility still that he may lose his home as well.

Please donate whatever you can, realizing that James is a man that will make every penny donated go as far as it can.

You can donate to him here via Paypal: http://www.harmonyhypnosis.net/payments.htm or email him directly for his mailing address (see below) **Please note that when donating funds to him, please select the "send as gift" option in Paypal so that no one pays any fees.

If for one reason or another, you are unable to use Paypal, then you can donate here: https://www.wepay.com/donate/70470 (Just note that Paypal is ideal, because you have the option to select "Send as gift" and 100% of the funds will go directly into James account. With this second option, "We-Pay" takes 3.5% for processing fees.

If you're a member of Hypnothoughts, then you are well aware of the fact that James has always served as mentor to others. Simply put... He's a really great guy.

Along with financial donations, many of the most important items to him include hypnosis books, audios and videos including: Kroger, Salter, Yapko, Nongard, Jacquin, the Andreas's, both his McGill encyclopedias, and Cory Hammond's big red book . . . and a bunch of others that he can't currently recall.

If you have any extra copies of any of these books and would like to send them media mail (very cheap) to James, I'm certain he would be highly moved by the gesture.

I paypaled him a few bucks for gas, food on the go and some pocket change. Iintent to send him new copies of every book I have written and every video I have produced.

James has been an outstanding member of this forum, and active in mentoring not only members here but other ICBCH members and played a very helpful role in the last Dallas convention.

Any help given to James will NOT go to waste, but in the end, will be given back to the hypnosis community.

Other writers and educators, send james new library materials AND a few bucks...

Thank you for posting this, Kevin. Oh my! I had the pleasure of meeting James and really getting to know him at the ICBCH conference back in April, and he is really a great guy and an excellent hypnotist. I feel just horrible for him. :( I will definitely donate to his cause and am glad he and his family are safe.

This is actually ideal- and I wish I thought of it previously, but in my haste to help out a good man in need, I just tossed up the first donation page I could put together. I've now modified this thread so that people can donate to his Paypal account. **Please remember to select the Paypal option "Send as Gift" so that 100% of the donations go directly to James, as apposed to having to pay any Paypal fees.

**Side Note: I suspect James probably feels a little weird (although highly grateful) about all of the support- especially given the fact that he has a lot of neighbors in dire straights as well, so if anyone would like to send any donations to his neighbors that have lost their homes (at last count 475 homes were burnt to the ground), then donations for them are being coordinated by the Ministerial Alliance. At this time financial assistance is needed instead of materials.

I have a lot of trouble not crying when I see this thread. Thank you all.

At present count, over 500 homes have been destroyed in Bastrop County. I suspect it's a bit like a war zone.

At last report, my home is fine. We had a scare this morning because a street with a name similar to ours burned down.
