How do you know if you have been hypnotised?

I was reading how it was possible to hypnotize someone while they were sleeping and that  it is possible. I have a fear that my ex boyfriend might have been "experimenting" on me while I was drifting off to sleep/or asleep. I have a sleep disorder anyway and wouldn't know any different if a prompt word were given to send me into trance state.

How would someone recognize that they had been hypnotized after the event? Would they're be any noticeable changes in my thinking and what should I do to discover what has been planted there and get it out?

The funny thing about this I had a female come to me with similar thoughts about her boyfriend taking advantage of her. During her sleep she had mentioned she felt someone had mentioned things to her and she felt herself not being able to say "no". Lets say now she is saying NO and she is saying it to him her Ex-boyfriend now...and she feels great,
She felt tired & powerless...she felt she couldnt stick to her deicision when her boyfriend was asking her for things like money she couldnt say no even thou she felt she had too... So she contacted me to help her get her power back and feel confident. The end results was my client was able to get her lfe back and found out when she told her boyfriend she came to me asking for help he became angry with her and wanted her to come back to me to reverse the hypnosis.
But, she didn't and now she believes he had dabbled with hypnosis. So they are no longer going out and she feels in control of her life. Now she only felt strange when her boyfriend was there and now she feele refreshed and stronger in her thoughts and emotions..Now she doesnt feel drained or out of controlled...

So the answer to your question is anything is possible..what I have seen and heard nothing surprises me...
If you feel or think you were hypnotised then you might of been,. This is just my thoughts from my experiece...
I would just forget about that idea.

It is most unlikely, that you have been hypnotised without your knowledge.

for whatever reason, you don't trust your ex boyfriend.

Let it go, andn move on.

We are mindful beings distracted by our egos. Your intuitive aspect (being) directs you as long as you don't get sidetracked by your rational (thinking-feeling-doing) brain.

Hypnosis bypasses "the evaluator", ones cognitive brain, however It cannot override ones reflexes, i.e. innate responsiveness to stimuli. That instinctual part of you is protecting you from harm and operating 24/7. In other words, you are naturally protected by your self-governing fight or flight mechanism.

It is a myth that one can be controlled and made to do something that she does not want to do with hypnosis alone. Mind control requires a host of other conditions that are used by cults and other fanatical groups. If demonization and dark force energies are at play, then advanced techniques are available to counteract spells and eliminate their effectiveness. However, you would definitely be able to sense if something that intense and mischievous was happening or occurred, so do not feel alarmed by your ex-boyfriends antics, unless you know that he mingles with black magic.
