How to file a business complaint (for a uk based business)? for fable and anyone else
So I'm trying to help a member on here to get her website working. This person switched hosting companies from http://www.dpbuk.co.uk/ to www.bluehost.com The only problem is that the nameservers are still setup with http://www.dpbuk.co.uk/. This person has contacted the company to have them switch the nameservers to the bluehost nameservers (called them, emailed them, etc) and they are not getting back with her. Since its a uk based business, what can be done?

Contact Nominent.
They should ensure that the email address they are using is still live, but if they're getting no response Nominet can do it for her. There is a small fee, but I can't remember what it is.
