HypnoThoughts.com

I've been reading a bit about HypnoCoaching, and would love to learn more about what it is and what it entails.  Any HypnoCoaches out there?  I looked for a group on this, and didn't see one.

Thanks!

www.ICBCHForum.com  leads you to a page right here on hypnothoughts.   Coaching is a preferred model of the ICBCH; Scott Sandland and I both completed the requirement for being a baord certified coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education (The same group that gave us Licensed Professsional Counselors - NBCC - in all 50 states).

There are a log of coaches here, I moved from traditional psychotherapy to an all -caoching model in 2006.  Feel free to post in our group anytime, any questions that are coaching related!

We also meet on Facebook at www.ICBCHGroup.com   it is primarily the same people; I tend to post more content here though, because it is a more user friendly page.

I am a coach and I am a hypnotist. I say that makes me a HypnoCoach or perhaps a Coachnotist.

I have had training as an ADHD Coach through the American Coaching Association and use a lot of that background in hypnotherapy, so I call myself an Hypnoticoach. In fact, my website is www.hypnoticoach.com. You're welcome to contact me directly for questions.

Hey Edd, I'll be starting my first run at little league baseball ages 10-12. I've never done anything with more than one client at a time. I'm interested if you have any insight that could help?

Hi KB,
I agree with Richard N. -  I see many advantages in offering our services as a blending of basic coaching theory practice and basic hypnotic theory and practice.
Anything Nongard is teaching is highly recommended. (You know where to find him)
Lisa Halpin hypno-coaching training is highly recommended (http://www.hypnocoachcertification.com/Internship.html)
I also recommend Alan Barsky and my coaching approach to guided self-help  (You can contact Alan or me via HT.com)
Michael E.

Thanks for this info, Richard.  I'll check out those groups!

I think the first name has a better ring to it.  :)

Hi Kathryn ~

Yes, I too combine hypnosis with coaching. Sometimes I use only hypnosis and/or coaching, depending on what the client needs at the time of their appointment.

I am a Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). We are certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). CTI has now gone global. Check them out.

Hi Kathryn,

I'm a hypno-coach to use your words.   It combines the best of both worlds! : )
