Have you been wondering what people of faith really think about hypnosis? I have as well. That is why the following survey was created. IF you are a clergyperson, religious educator, congregational leader or otherwise directly involved in leading a faith group, Click Here to take survey.

If you know a religious leader, Priest, Rabbi, Minister, Pastor, Teacher, Imam, Monk, etc (If a title for a religious leader has been omitted, please forgive that omission in advance and ask them to participate in the survey anyway). Please do not hesitate to include those you think might not be favorably disposed toward Hypnosis. I am striving to gain input from the broadest cross section of people of faith possible. I would love to get every religious leader to participate, but whatever happens I seek a representative sampling of the thinking of the leaders of people of faith

Paul, not at all. Actually, I hope to bring more clarity to the discussion. In my conversations (anecdotal) with various clergy I have found a great deal more openness to hypnosis as a modality than one might have expected based on the attitudes expressed by hypnotists toward clergy. I see this as a dialogue opener.

It is no secret, Paul, that like the hypnotists who participate in Hypnothoughts, Clergy often have strong opinions. Sometimes those opinions are expressed emotionally. Additionally, the results may show us where are "marketing efforts" have fallen short. We begin with the "what" and look to understand the "why."
