It's a piece of cake Edd. I've done it more times than I can count and always with a good result.

Be sure to use a reliable software like oovoo (skype has a bad habit of occasionally dropping video calls unexpectedly)

I help people from all over the world, either to help them experience hypnosis when others were not successful, or with tutoring to help make them a better hypnotist, or just with an intervention that they either could not find locally or wanted me to do for them personally.

I recommend that your client (and you) use a webcam and headset, and that you stay away from the sleep command and just do open eyes hypnosis.

Hi Edd, 

 Works wonderfully for me. I've done webcam work for over 2 years now - with hypnosis and martial arts. In fact I'm going to do a session in 3 hours with someone state side (I'm presently in budapest). I don't do hypnosis for weight loss, pain management over the net nor phone. Like John stated, I usually tell them to not sleep - nor close there eyes. Unless its for demo purposes. Make sure they are in a place where they won't be disturbed (baby, dog/cat, doorbell, phones, music etc). Headset and microphone is essential for an awesome experience. Broadband helps greatly also. Do it, do it  its fun. 

PS: I use paypal rather a merchant account, done that a number of years ago. I find paypal works equally well for me.
