Hi Crit-

Let's solve this together. First, the HypnoSummit Store you are referring to and HypnoSummit 2.0 are entirely different sites, on different platforms, using different technology we have built (both times) as custom software. Both have had bugs we are working out. The Store sells downloads of the previous Summits' lectures, while HypnoSummit 2.0 is all new lectures in a live event.

As for the issue you had with the store, we found the problem of those hang ups and sent a message out to the people who had it happen. If you didn't get that email, contact me or FAQ Mark directly and we will get the data to you. I'm on the phone with Mark now and we see your purchase but not your emails. Where did you send them? Please send the question to faqmark@hypnosummitstore.com and we will get right on it.

The problem was a maximum bandwidth issue on the server we were running, and we had to upgrade to an unlimited data transfer to accommodate all the sales we received. The few that ran into the hang up you mentioned have (to my knowledge) been addressed. That's clearly not the case with you, and I know how frustrating it can be when technology doesn't work.

I will be at my sisters wedding all day tomorrow, but I will be around this weekend to help you get to the bottom of this. FAQ Mark may get to it faster.

We try to be fast and effective with our tech support. We still have 1 outstanding issue that is impacting 4 people (which is totally my fault, and I apologies to them for my delinquency) but in general we are on the ball.
