the Free Hypnosis Social Network
Hi Everyone,
I can not believe how this site has grown. I read it but have never shared. I am looking for help on techniques and/or protocals for gagging, due to new dentures, for a new client. Has anyone had success with this issue. I believe Scott has some great suggestions regarding this. I am open to any suggestions. Help
Thanks so much.

Permalink Reply by Fable Goodman on October 31, 2011 at 9:30am have you considered the 'chodorowski manoeuvre'
the gag reflex is a 'reflex action'
each reflex, has a counter reflex.
if the counter reflex is employed, the reflex cannot fire.
so:
curl the fingers of the hands as if trying to hold a pencil between the fingers, ( a sort of extended fist, with the first knucle in line with the back of the hand, and the fingertips holding the pencil.
this is the counter reflex for the gag reflex.
whilst keeping the hands in this position, it is physically impossible to gag.
Linda Lovelace, made much use of this technique in the film 'deep throat' back in the seventies.
Love and hugs,
Lawrie

This just reminds me to keep my sense of humor alive and avoid, as Michael E., states, succumbing to FDD (Fun Deficiency Disorder).
