15+ Gifts & Saving Leo's Mum [Please Read & Share]

Hi Everyone,

I write this as I get ready to go to my evening visit at the hospital for my mother who has been in and out of a diabetic coma who is in a very unstable state.

I was informed by our current Doctor that she had no clue what is going on with my mother or why she is so unstable and that we need a specialists help. (You can read what happened here)

A long story short, I had almost lost hope as my efforts and savings combined only scraped the halfway mark of what was needed to get the specialist over to our city for a consult, let alone do tests and a treatment program.

Distraught, I chatted with two hypnosis friends of mine William May, and Antonio Perez. I am a person who works hard for what I believe in and for what I wish to earn, William May Suggested a fundraiser, and so did Antonio and with in minutes, Antonio had already created a ChipIn to help as well as they had begun assisting me in getting the word out there, getting other hypnotists to donate time, coaching, training to help others donate to my mothers cause.

I am truly blessed to be on such a wonderful community as this, as well as to have many awesome and wonderful friends.

I need nothing more than to see my mother home with us again.

Without the help of these wonderful friends, amazing hypnotists, generous contributors and Hypnothoughts, I would not have even thought of having much hope, Hypnothoughts may may as well have helped save my mums life.

Update: The Specialist has agreed to come to our aid before the payment has even been done after I showed him how this wonderful community has come to our aid, So he is holding of the payment by some days and will be in next week Wednesday to consult on my mothers case, and advise on tests, diagnosis and appropriate treatments.

Update 24/11/11: The Specialist arrived last night and has visited my mom for the first consult last night, he has ordered her to be moved to a different hospital tomorrow after today's tests as there is some testing equipment only the other hospital has for her. He said its one of a few things and he has seen a few cases like hers which are treatable but he will find out in the next few days or week exactly what it is, still need the last bit on the donations to come through to get his funds for testing and consultation in South Africa. so please share this post with your friends on facebook, hypnothoughts and mailing lists.

Update 28/11/11: The tests of the last week have brought in no new results and the specialist has requested her to be moved to a hospital not too far away that has more specialized medical care for diabetes and heart patients in the sense of having the medical testing equipment that he needs to have the further tests done.I am on my way to see another client now to raise the funds, but even if I do not sleep and see clients the whole night till friday I wouldnt make the costs, and I cant bring in the remainder funds into south Africa, before the remainding funds is collected. An Update on my Mum 05/12/11:

Yesterday the Doctors found a tumor on her pancreas, today she is going for a PET-CT Scan to determine what stage she is at to outline possible treatment strategies. Pancreatic Cancer on a Diabetic is far from easy, So I do urge if you could pray for her, I do believe in God and trust this will help.
