Hello Guys,

I really need some advice here, OK, my hosting company Ignores me, and I cannot save my website, I have signed up with another hosting company, but I have no Idea how to get my old web-pages information, so I can transfer the information to the new hosting company.

I have paid a lot of money to have this web-side and now POOF, It's all gone, I have also lost all my contacts, I am sad, and disappointed, I am outraged, I have been having problem with my hosting company for over a year now, and now that I got a new hosting company, I have nothing to transfer, and I have lost most pictures that I have paid a designer to do for me, I may have some but not all :(.

Any ways, a friend tolled me how to locate my website pages, but It wont let me copy my pages, I think it has a security code and I have no Idea how to do copy my information, I have Invested six years on my website, and now I am hoping to have someone directing me in saving what ever I can, so I can start all over.

Any advice will be appreciated, I really need help... Thanks Doreen Cohanim C.Ht

OK Guys, I am really really getting frustrated over the whole thing, and my next question is, can I switch my domain to another company without having the logging information's, so i can start bringing my website up to date.

Please don't offer me anything that I already know, every one here was kind enough to help me, so I have the pages, and I have a hosting company, but I cannot log into my domain and they are really making it imposable for me to have it.

I think this will be the end of this discussion and the best solution for me.

I can help you in this case =)
Thank you
Doreen you can switch your domain to another company all you want. Feel free to switch it to like 10 different companies. Until you get your hosting company to change the nameservers, every time someone loads your domain, the same thing will happen. Now I am a bit confused. When you say your "login information" what are you talking about? Realize a domain (www.google.com) is different from hosting. If memory serves me right, you got your domain from netcontrol (I could be wrong) and your hosting from (http://www.dpbuk.co.uk/), am I right?

Also how much was your hosting per month...like 8.95 a month?

Yes Please :)

Doreen
This is easy!

Go to your website in any browser....

Go to VIEW > VIEW SOURCE

A window will pop up with ALL your HTML code...copy and past the code in a text editor and save the file a .HTML

Do this with ALL your pages and BAM...you have all entire website back!
Thanks Kevin, It's already done, but, how to put it in the new website is going to be a new chalange for me :)
