the Free Hypnosis Social Network
Like many hypnotists here, I run a Meet-Up once a month. For anyone who is unfamiliar, www.meetup.com is a cool way to get together a group of hypnotists and practice. BTW, I have no stake in meetup.com and receive no $ for the plug. :-)
Our meetup usually lasts for two hours and begins with a lecture on a topic and then we all practice the skills. It's great fun! In one recent meetup I lectured on the Dave Elman Induction and then everybody practiced the induction. Then we went across the street for beer (always a good way to finish!)
So... if you were a member of my meetup, what topic would you suggest? I asked my 44 members and got a few ideas, but I want to get more opinions and since there are thousands of hypnotists here, I'm asking!

I host a bi-weekly practice/supervision night for all my former students and I make sure to pair them off with a directive to "get the change by any means necessary". This teaches them to dance. It's about utilization of all the skills based on the individuals gestures, words, inner strategy and context.
So do the drills, encode the skills, and see what happens.

That is an awesome idea.

I know one group the went through all the exercises in Bandler and Grinder's "Trance-formations" and really honed their skills in a lot of different areas.
