Hypnosis is verbal permission to try new internal things or to redo familiar things in new contexts.

Wondering what if something minor never happened can be the beginning of a marvellous exploration of alternatives.

Seeing these words will obligate you to give them meaning ... it's what makes you think.

Yes I agree that as I read this I am willingly accepting each new word with some sort of new interest or familiar confirmation.

Does reading the word relax provoke its meaning into your various major life and body tensions ?? And if not , why not ... try it.

Now take some significant time to relax yourself into agreeing that the words that you yourself say are more for your own benefit , yes If you can read this without reading confusion then you are.

And if all else fails , do what fails to stop you from achieving what you want.
