If anyone has the abiity to "caputre" this video John and I would appreciate it (and so will Cat).
If you can get the .flv for this segment, send me a message and send me the file...

And great job Cat, Rachel and I stayed up to loo late to watch it in the AM, so good to see it online...

Thanks Boys! I missed my flight this morning and I am still waiting at JFK to see if I can get on another one. She was a challenge because she had show adrenaline from being on the air all morning doing the news and so I took my time to make sure she was comfortable, secure and able to let go.
I had fun with you all last night, but I have a pizza hangover!
The news station said they would give me a copy but if someone can capture it that would be great. In the meantime, I have my web master working on it.

I have another hour at least here at KFK, thank the maker for the internet or i would have gone mad by now. Mad I say!!!!

Sorry to hear you are sitting there. I've had a lot of airport layover time of late.
Today just seemed filled with delays,
eg- I had a session scheduled for 3:30, he calls, some divorce stuff with him, can we make it 7:30? I just happened to be free, and this is part of why he needs to see me, so all in good time.
BTW, I hate JFK airport, not a lot of ways to get there, got jammed with MTV on the way to FLA with that place, and they sold my ticket, had to cab over to LaGuardia back then, what a mess! Gimme Newark airport anytime!!!
You did fine woking live in front of cameras, needs a person who can rise to the occasion, you rose like a sunrise Cat, congratulations! Still proud of ya!

Rachel and I are flying out of LGA in the afternoon, in the rain, should be some empathetic friends to hang out with on this board at the end of the day when we finally get home!
