Overcome Fear of Flying workshop

Hi Friends:

I'm offering a workshop on Overcoming Fear of Flying that will be held in a conference room at our local airport next week. I'm really excited about the whole set up--the conference room is outside of security, but overlooks the runway, so a great spot to allow people to measure feelings at the start and end of the workshop.

I have a number of exercises planned for reframing and anchoring, and am also hoping to provide a take home CD. Anyone have some materials for a fear of flying script? I'll be collecting all sorts of information from people during the workshop to use on site in a group visualization, but wondering if anyone has some good stuff ready now I can get some ideas from for the CD that I obviously have to record a few days beforehand.
