Hi all,

I would like to share my experience about pain control through self hypnosis. Few days back I had a problem of sever headache and I gave suggestions more than 10 times to myself under self hypnosis that, now I don't need headache anymore, All the discomforts are gone and now there is no feelings and sensation. I imagine it as a ball and throw it away many times. I did this practice at least 4 times in a day but as a result I found that pain is still there. It was the very first time I used pain control technique so I would like to know, whether the suggestions are wrong or I had to do it in other way?
